CBA is heavily invested in player and coach development. We provide our athletes with ongoing opportunities for development such as post-season camps, offseason cage time and preseason team practices. Whether you are a serious athlete or looking for recreational fun, you will provided ongoing growth opportunities.
Our Player Development Director also positions our parent coaches for success with development clinics, instructional materials and opportunities for ongoing education. All coaches are required to be vetted and complete concussion training through Safe Sport. Check out our Coaches Page for a glimpse into our approach.
Sportsmanship and teamwork are fundamental values of our program. We expect our players, coaches and parents to exhibit the highest degree of sportsmanship towards each other, our community and our competitors.
Being part of a team is such a great opportunity for our youth to learn, grow and build long-lasting friendships. Our high school players often tell us how their experience in youth baseball helped shape their success as young men. We are thrilled to be part of this journey with our athletes.

Our community has a long, rich baseball history. Athletic Park, home of the Chaska Cubs, is a community icon. We value this tradition and seek to continue building upon it with our youth program for decades to come.
CBA also has a strong partnership with the Cubs. Whether working concessions at a home game or catching a game with the team, we enjoy this social aspect of our program.
CBA is also enhancing its partnership with the city of Chaska towards a common goal of improving our fields and facilities to set us up for the future!
