Offseason Development @ The Dome:
We are making a substantial investment in player development this offseason! We are leveraging paid, player development coaches to build and facilitate a weekly curriculum focused on hitting, fielding (infield & outfield), and throwing/pitching. This program is geared towards our 9-12u MBL teams (including tournament teams). We also reserved cage time for Youth, Community League and 13-14u p for self-directed (parent/player) training.

Sessions will be divided by age group (9-10’s and 11-12’s) and players will rotate through stations for approximately 90 minutes. Coaches are welcomed and encouraged to participate within their respective age group. All sessions are scheduled for Sunday afternoons starting January 7th through April 14th. (Note: NO sessions 2/4, 3/10, 3/24, 3/31).

Times are scheduled on CBA's Master Calendar. Rostered 9-12u MBL teams will also have sessions added to their team’s SportsEngine calendar.  We will monitor attendance for the first 2-3 weeks to gauge participation in each age group. We may update this schedule based on high/low demand in certain age groups as we deem necessary. CBA has many multi-sport athletes, which is encouraged! But please realize this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your player, so take advantage of it!

Registration for the following programs will open soon. Separate communication will be sent once registrations are open, which will include key details about each program.

• 13-14u Travel (targeting first week of January)
• Youth League: 7-10 year olds (Mid-January)
• Community League: 11-15 year olds (Mid-January)

Coach Development Opportunities:
We are also taking a purposeful approach to developing our coaches this offseason. We’ve partnered with the varsity baseball program to offer a series of trainings for travel coaches starting in January.

Additionally, have been offered an incredible opportunity for current/prospective coaches AND parents to attend a “Coach and Parent Coaching Clinic” led by coach Raabe! Registration is required.
