New this year, we have created EOY Tournament Coordinator positions. The responsibilities of an EOY Tournament Coordinator are as follows:

• Ensure the grounds crew has raked and chalked the field prior to the game
• Ensure the umpire is available to umpire the game
• Collect the game scores from each coach to update bracket standings
• Escalate any issues (field or umpire issues) to the Chaska Baseball Association board

Parents- end of the year tournament is a place where we need everyone to show sportsmanship. These kids are learning from you so please remember that this tournament while it is a tournament is still for the kids to have fun. Kids should be rotating positions as they have been all season with outfielders playing in the grass so that they can understand the concepts of the positions. Every coach will get an email with a reminder of the rules of play. We cheer for great plays by both teams and encourage the kids with positive cheering. Thank you for being a great role model for our kids.

• 7/8s: All Saturday games are loaded, and there will be one game on Sunday for each team between 9am and 1:30pm game start times.
