Umpires

Is your son or daughter age 13+ and looking for a fun and flexible summer job? We are seeking youth umpires to join our stable. Good pay, flexible schedule, and ample training/support. This is a great way for your son or daughter to be part of something they enjoy and make some cash doing it. 

CBA will outfit our umpires with their own equipment for safety purposes.  $75/game for home plate umps and $55 for field umps (12 yr old games).  $75 for Community Games. $65 for In-house games (9-10 yr. old).      Tell your friends!

We hold two optional on-field training sessions in February, for existing and prospective CBA umpires. Session  are held at the  Chaska Dome. Click the following link to register as an umpire for the 2024 season.  Registration is closed for the 2024 season.

Mandatory Training:

• Umpires required to attend training prior to season start.

• Umpires primarily utilized for 9-12u games in youth, travel and  9-14u community games.

• Season runs early May - mid July

• Umpire equipment provided by Chaska Baseball Association

• Umpires are responsible for communicating their availability prior to scheduling. Sign Up Genius will be primary communication method.
