CBA recruited a fleet of local umpires to officiate our Youth and Community League games. Our Umps recently attended training, but many are NEW to the process and still learning. We need your patience, understanding and sportsmanship (from coaches, players, and parents alike) as we continue to develop this group. Coaches: We are relying on you to be the safety net for our umps. Help guide them and diffuse contentious situations when they arise.
